Personal Marketing Agreement

This agreement is made between Uniqueservicwregistry Inc. and ___________________ as an independent contractor.

Independent marketing contractor should comply with terms and provisions of General Agreement and Privacy Policy.

Terms

Uniqueserviceregistry Inc. agrees to retain the services of ______________________________________ as independent contractor from (automatically generated today’s date and continued until terminated in according with section (termination of this agreement).

Duties

Duties of a marketing agent include advertising and promotiong services of Uniqueserveceregistry Inc. by encouraging different service companies to become a member of Uniquecerviceregistry Inc. Independent contractor of Uniqueserviceregistry Inc. shall not distribute or provide any materials that may contain pornographic lewd defamatory, offensive or otherwise inappropriate material in the sole option of Uniqueserviceregistry Inc. as part of it’s advertisement.

Confidentiality and Privacy

Marketing contractor should comply with all privacy rules and regulations included in general contract. Marketing contractor acknowledges and agrees that all financial and accounting records including client’s and customer’s lists and other data and information during the term of this agreement or after the termination are owned by Uniqueserviceregistry Inc.

Payment

As an independent marketing contractor of Uniqueserviceregistry Inc. you will be required to be registered for account and be logged in to create your profile using company’s template. This information include: name age address phone e-mail, SIN (optional). Only you will be able to access and edit this template. All mandatory files indicated *, must be filled out. As an independent contractor you will be eligible to be paid commission which contains 10% of company earning from registered member, of Uniqueserviceregistery Inc., that you refer to the company. When you are registered you will receive personal number which you should provide to contractor as referral number. You will not be able to provide your number to service provider that have been registered already in our database. You will receive payment from Uniqueserveceregistery Inc. as long as service provider(s) that you recommended is active member on Azservicepointer .com.

As independent marketing contractor you will be paid once your payment reaches $50 canadian or more within 30 days from day , the company receive the commission from your referred company(s). If it is less then $50 ca. your payment will be due within six months.

Commission paid by this agreement shall not be subject to income tax and other employment taxes.

Independent marketing contractor shall be solely responsible for reporting and paying such taxes.

Uniqueserviceregistery Inc. shall not provide independent marketing contractor with any coverage or participation in employment accident, health and life insurance, disability insurance, medical expenses or any other benefits, provided to regular employees.

Termination

This agreement may be terminated by Uniqueserviceregistery Inc. immediately at will and in the sole discretion of the company. Howe ever independent marketing contractor will be eligible to get his commissions from all previous referred services as long as they remain active members of Azservicepointer .com.

Independent Contractor Status

Independent marketing contractor acknowledges he (she) is not an agent, nor employee of Uniqueserviceregistery Inc. Marketing contractor shall have no authority to bind or otherwise obligate the company in any matter beyond the terms of this agreement. The independent marketing contractor shall not assign any of his (her) rights under this agreement or delegate the performers of any his (her) duties without written consent of the Uniqueserviceregistery Inc.
