Membership on Uniqueserviceregistry LTD.

Registration is FREE on Uniqueserviceregistry LTD. and must be complete and accurate. Uniquiserviceregistry LTD. has the right to deny membership and/or access to any or all functionalities, based on incomplete, inaccurate, inappropriate information for registration. Uniqueserviceregistry LTD. has the right to use its sole discretion in the approval of membership on the site and/or access to its functionalities.

The terms below, and in the Terms and Conditions agreement, are binding and obligate you, as a registered user acting as a member to comply with the guidelines below and to pay Uniqueserviceregistry LTD. in accordance with the terms of personal and general agreement. Member of Uniqueserviceregistry shall not distribute or provide links to any pornographic, lewd defamatory, offensive or otherwise inappropriate materials in the sole opinion of Uniqueserviceregistry.LTD as part of its advertisement and templates. Member can upload logo and/or promotional material to his profile. Termination: If the member breaches any of the terms and conditions of this agreement, Uniqueserviceregistry Ltd. may immediately terminate this agreement without liability.

The User may terminate this agreement at any time by written notice to the company via email and paying fees according to the personal agreement.

Warranties/Liabilities/Indemnification: ALL SERVICE OFFERED BY Uniqueserviceregistry Inc. AND ANY INFORMATION PRESENTED, ARE PRESENTED "AS IS" AND Uniqueserviceregistry MAKES NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE MEMBER ORGANIZATIONS' INVOLVEMENT OR PARTICIPATION. Uniqueserviceregistry.Ltd DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE MARKETPLACE REGARDING COMPANY/SERVICE/ HAS BEEN VALIDATED NOR DOES company REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE INFORMATION IS ACCURATE.

In no event shall Uniqueserviceregistry.Ltd be liable for any damages, direct or indirect or special or consequential (including negligence), lost profits or lost opportunities resulting from or related to the terms of use.

THE USER HEREBY AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD Uniqueserviceregistery.Ltd AND ITS EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, ADVISORS, SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ALL LOSSES, COSTS, EXPENSES, LIABILITIES AND DAMAGES OF EVERY NATURE AND KIND, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, INTEREST, PENALTIES, REASONABLE solicitor FEES AND ARBITRATION AND/OR LITIGATION COSTS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE TERMS OF USE OR IN ANY WAY RELATING TO THE SERVICE.

All of the above terms and conditions apply to all of Uniqueserviceregistry Ltd. members and customers.
